Key Responsibilities
- Manage the check-out process, including verifying ledgers and collecting on balances owed
- Utilize Dentrix to schedule appointments, update patient records, and verify insurance benefits
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed financial records
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a dental receptionist or front-desk coordinator
- Proficient in Dentrix software and familiar with dental billing procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly demeanor
- Availability to work Monday through Thursday
