Role Overview
Seeking a experienced Dental Receptionist & Treatment Coordinator to manage front-desk duties, insurance coordination, and treatment plan presentations, ensuring seamless patient interactions and office efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management system
- Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and follow up on authorizations
- Present treatment plans and financial options to patients with clarity and compassion
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and office operations
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist or treatment coordination experience
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures and billing practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Softdent practice management software would be a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Work Schedule
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 7:00am - 5:00pm
Compensation & Benefits
