About the role
Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $130,000.00 to $135,000.00, accompanied by a sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include a hygienist bonus, team bonus, paid time off, holiday pay, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and 401(k) matching. Employment Type Opportunities are available for full-time, part-time, and temporary positions.
Work Environment This role requires in-person work at Access Health Dental’s collaborative and technology-enhanced practice.
Technology and Tools Our practice is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including digital x-rays, iTero digital scanners, OralID OCS screening devices, laser technology, and AI-enabled Overjet to enhance patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure patients are comfortable before their examination.
- Properly sterilize dental instruments.
- Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health history.
- Identify oral conditions such as gingivitis, caries or periodontitis.
- Clean teeth and provide protective treatments.
- Instruct patients on post-operative care or after other dental procedures.
- Take X-rays or dental impressions as needed.
- Assist dentists in selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases.
- Maintain accurate documentation and charts for each patient.
Licensing Requirements Candidates should preferably hold a Registered Dental Hygienist license and a Dental License.
Additional Considerations Relocation and travel reimbursement may be considered based on individual circumstances.
